They were formed by brothers Tino and Chris Troy in the mid-1970's and they became one of the bands associated with the NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal). Their first album "Time Tells No Lies" received a lot of critical acclaim. I have seen this!!! This happened several years ago at Astolat Gardens.
