Crocosmia it is just starting to bloom. This is a very favorite flower of mine.

Is it tough to get this plant started? I'm not what one would refer to as a "green thumb" - LOL!

Do you know when the best time of year to plant this flower might be? I'm going to have my brother come up sometime (when he and I both have time) and start digging a "real" garden... so it might be best to wait until that comes into fruition, don't you think???
