How to fall…
Roll your body through the landing.
Gather your reserve quickly out of the wind. All of which I did on Tuesday without even knowing, until my Sweetie commented about Parachute training.
Keep your hands together near your face; keep your feet and knees together and bent. Roll the energy down the side of your body as you fall and roll the energy out by rolling your body and flipping your feet over.
I am fine, the garlic is hung and yes some one was there while I was on the ladder. I actually feel quite silly, as it was totally my fault. Look Out Below!
