The fifteenth year plus ~ The Project Begins

A Totally Awesome day I got to play in the dirt. Mark the dozer operator was such a dear man to move some plants for me before he started rearranging dirt. There were many mature Hosta Plants as well as several clumps of daffodils, which have been here since before we got our home. I needed to dig, lift and separate the clumps from within the gnarled mess of invasive tree roots. Having accomplished that, tomorrow after Mark and the guys rock the creek bank, hydro seed and lay hay I will replace the plants. Actually the bank restoration is called Rip Rap. Now a site walk through before the DIG began.
