Have a look see it is Fun
We were taking a WALK ABOUT and Mufasa joined us.. hope you enjoy the sequence of HIS adventures in one of our trees, a weeping cherry tree…
We choose to name our animals Different Names…but that is OK don’t ya think? All of our cats are pet rescues. So is our dog George…more about him later.
Mufasa was a fictional lion who first appeared in Disney's popular 1994 animated feature film The Lion King. He was voiced by James Earl Jones. The name "Mufasa" means "King" in the Manazoto language.

Daring kitty!
He really got up there! I wonder why they always show cats in trees being rescued by the fire department. I figure if they can get up there they can get back down. Cute pictures.
Lovely Kitty, great shot..Thanks for sharing..
Mine is up:
My Digital Snapshot
What is better than a photo of a gorgeous kitty or a photo of a gorgeous tree in bloom? Well a photo of a gorgeous kitty IN a gorgeous blooming tree, of course :-) This is such a great post!
Wonderful photo, I hope he can get down.
Wow he really got high in that tree, i always wonder what my cats would do if they ever got close to a tree. all mine are indoor cats. He is really pretty too
Wow I probably would have to blow these up to put around the house especially in bad weather- Beautiful Mufasa great name sandy
Hello Dee..
Kumamatata.... we watched this film so many times it's not true.. so I liked all these picture of Mufasa'd wonderings...
Great cat, but I have to say I am absolutly enamored with that weeping cherry tree.. I wonder if they would grow here?
These photos are fantastic of Mufasa! I especially like those in the cherry tree.
Kitten courageous
Great sequence!
Wow! He climbed up there! Courageous cat! Beautiful photos! :)
Quite the adventurous little kitty. Love the picture of him far out in the tree. The beautiful blooms add to the wonderful picture.
Crikey, can he climb!
Loved the series of shots.
Do hope he's a friendly puss, unlike the ones I posted about.
Ah, another tree climbing adventurer like my CD! Does he have a favorite tree? Is this one it?
I would have had a heart attack if my cat got up that high and that last picture is spectacular! My critter is here if you want to check him out.
Love the Kitty Blossom.

A very regal excapade for a pretty kitty.
Wow, she is sure high in that tree!
Ahhh...a climber, eh? Wait until he goes to the top of a telephone pole and can't get down. 8v)
Great shots and wow, he is an acrobatic kitty!! =)
It looks like Mufasa had some fun during your walk. I hope he got down safely lol.
That's a great collection of images.
Mufasa always climbs trees, anywhere I go he is there as well as Castor and Pollux . If I am taking a walk, weeding a garden they are there as my “side kicks”. Yes Mufasa made it down…he is such a dear cat…as are most of the others…
AN aside...when the cats do this, the longer I stay and look the higher they go, SO inorder to entice them down I move onward...
Like when one of the boys were small and sadi " Look MOM , see how high I can climb?"
Somewhere in the depths of who knows what I said, "Wow that is really neat now show me how you get down."
Hee hee
Thank you all for Popping onto my blog...
That last photo is beautiful!
Looks like a fun adventure.
that is one scary maneuver on that itty bitty branch! I'm glad Mufasa got down safely. Whew!!

Your cherry tree is amazing and so is Mufasa! What a climber he is. Whenever I read about your kitty's name it reminds me of my boss! His name is Moustapha and he's from South Africa. Another boss, quite a very young man, took Moustapha around and introduced him. A number of times he introduced him as Mufasa and later admitted the "Lion King" had been on at his house a lot for his little sister. He was pretty embarassed about that rather unprofessional gaff!
That kitty is daring!
Wow, Mufasa is definitely King of that tree! Fabulous shots DEEMOM!
Whooff!! Hey, Mufasa, careful up there. Yur a cat, not a bird sitting on those little tree branches. Bark!
Reba @ Reba’s Run
