Imac great to see you, High waters bring out something in us for sure, as we live so close to a creek. The edge of the creek that you see pictured was once, before the 1920’s a road. If ya look closely you can envision the roadbed. Then appreciate the fact that NOW, there are dams that lessen the flood waters, Hard to imagine for sure..

Julie your embellishing is amazing, as for the waters all is good t o go here at the moment

Kerri, we are due to get the ice/rain/snow Saturday/Sunday.
So much so that my Sister in law and I cancelled our trip to the Symphony
For fear of inclement weather on our return

Wow! It looks like that big weather system that caused all our snow has dumped a lot of rain. It's caused problems all over the place. I hope you don't have any basement flooding. It must be odd to have all that rain so close to Christmas. Great pictures!

Heyya you all …thanks for popping in, Today was ONE of those days I NEVER stopped…just wanted you to know the Creek is almost back in its banks and all is right with our world.

Alyssa, no basement here, we are to close to the creek and the water levels prohibit that.
Just an YUKY Crawl space…thanks for you ‘alls concerns

Interesting pictures and post. You evidently got quite a bit more rain than we did. It raised the streams some here, but not to that extent and they were not muddy.

Hi 'D'... make sure you are not up that creek without a paddle..
What a great if not a bit scarry set of pictures.. I hope the rain settles down somewhat and you get the weather you need..
All the best 'D'..

Tom

Willard heyya there, glad your water was not muddy.

“O” Heyya good to see you up and about. We take what we get and make the best of it. I think the neat part was the Mink or muskrat…that is in the next post.

Trust you are taking it easy
