Conflict

My Inner ear was not well Adjusted ~~~ Now I know that I was Sea Sick I will be better-prepared next time. The day began well until it rained shortly after twelve noon and all the people were driven inward. All pools devoid of people…then the seas began a turbulent nasty thing. I overheard someone say the winds were at 46 Knots. Or 52.96992 mph Nautical Miles per Hour (knots - kts) multiplied by 1.15152 equals Miles per Hour (mph) Miles per Hour (Mph) divided by 1.15152 equals Nautical Miles per Hour (Knots - kts) Miles per Hour (Mph) Multiplied by 1.60934 equals Kilometres per hour (Kph) Nothing can spoil a day on the water like a case of motion sickness. When it happens at sea, we refer to it as mal de mer or sea sickness. Whatever you call it, it feels miserable when it besets us. What it is: Motion sickness is a conflict between your senses. Ginger is a natural remedy to general nausea and sea sickness. Drink ginger beer or tea, or eat fresh ginger, a cookie or suck on a ginger sweet (like Gin Gins) to help combat your green cheeks. Try Sailor's Secret, a branded ginger capsule or Quesy Pops, popsicles containing essential oils from natural herbs and aromatherapy in ginger flavour but also others like lavender, peppermint, etc. Any ginger product is most effective if taken before boarding.
