This is Lycoris squamagera, common names are Mystery Lily, Naked Lady. The leaves come up in the spring with the daffodils then die down and the flower comes up 'naked' so to speak, now. They are related to amaryllis. Lots of fun, I love them, and with hostas is a good place to plant them!

BNL in our garden
